The Aquatics Authority, LLC is a pool service and management company that was founded by owner Justain Murphy in 2015 after 8 years working in the business. Based in the Northside of Richmond, Virginia and serving Residential and Commercial pools in the Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, and Chesterfield area, The Aquatics Authority was formed to serve local community and apartment pools unsatisfied by the ‘one size fits all’ approach offered by other pool management companies. We have since expandeded into resedential service and repairs. We believe that pools have personality and as such, our contracts are tailored to the wants and needs of each pool. Safety First...
All of our lifeguards are certified by the American Red Cross and attend bi-monthly training sessions throughout the summer to keep their skills polished. We also conduct lifesaving drills to give lifeguards a chance to respond in emergency situations.
